- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
Instructions

Separate the eggs. Beat the sugar and egg whites until stiff peaks form. Carefully stir in the egg yolks and add the remaining ingredients. Then pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately. Tip: Also delicious with raspberries in the batter.
