Cream-curried spinach

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 840 g spinach, cleaned
  • 1 large onion(s), roughly diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 60 ml chicken broth
  • 60 ml cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(Slow Cooker Recipe)

Add spinach, onion, garlic, curry powder, butter, and chicken broth to the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Half an hour before the end of the cooking time, add the cream and lemon juice and stir well. Cover and let simmer until done.
