Cream of pea soup, fine

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml water
  • 1 cube of soup (clear soup with vegetables)
  • 2 packs of frozen peas (300 g each)
  • 125 ml sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp horseradish (ready-made product)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Dissolve the clear soup cube with the vegetables in it. Add the peas, cover, and bring to a boil over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Puree with a hand blender. Add the cream and horseradish and stir in. Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with crème fraîche. Serve with a fresh baguette.
