Strawberry Campari Punch

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 750 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml Campari
  • 750 ml lemonade (tonic water!)
  • 750 ml sparkling wine (Prosecco)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chop strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, add Campari and tonic water, and let it steep for at least 1 hour. Top up with ice-cold Prosecco before serving.
