Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 large onion(s), diced
- 200 g smoked bacon, diced
- 250 g green beans, cut into pieces
- 250 g pasta
- 2 cups of cream
- e.g. milk
- 1 tsp vegetable broth powder
- some Parmesan
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sauté the onions and bacon, deglaze with the cream, and season with the stock powder. Add the Parmesan cheese and nutmeg and cook the beans in the sauce until al dente. If it gets too thick, dilute with milk. Cook the pasta as usual and stir into the beans.
