Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g Camembert(s), mature
- 125 g double cream cheese
- 40 g butter
- 1 onion(s), approx. 50 g
- Caraway, ground
- 4 tbsp beer
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the Camembert, cream cheese, and butter in a shallow bowl, mash with a fork, and mix. Stir in the caraway seeds, spices, and beer. Mix well. (Serve with country bread.)
