- 1 pole Puff pastry
- 1 Egg yolk
- 150 ml Cream
- 0,5 Vanilla sugar
- 2 Edelstahlrohre
- Some butter for greasing
- Preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease the stainless steel tubes with butter.
- Spread out the puff pastry and cut strips about 3 cm wide. Wrap the dough in a spiral around the tubes. Brush with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180 ° for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
