Sour Cream Rolls

  • 8 English muffin
  • 2 a cup Sour cream
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  1. Peel the onion, dice it finely and sauté with the mushrooms in the oil until translucent.
