Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper or steak pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very quick, very tasty

Dice the onions and sauté them in a small saucepan with oil until translucent. Deglaze with cream and milk. Now you have to be careful and stir occasionally, as the milk content can cause the sauce to boil over. Season with salt and pepper and simmer uncovered (!) until the sauce is creamy. Be careful with the salt: Even if the salt content is okay at first, it may be too salty in the finished sauce as it reduces. Perfect with potatoes, a piece of meat, and vegetables.
