Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 packs of puff pastry
- 1 liter QimiQ with vanilla flavor
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 375 ml milk
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 4 packs of cream stiffener
- Jam, red
- 200 g powdered sugar, sifted
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 tbsp water, hot

the easiest and fastest way
Roll each sheet of puff pastry out onto a baking sheet and pierce the surface several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes. Mix 1/8 l milk with the custard powder; bring 1/4 l milk to a boil and stir in the custard mixture. Allow to cool, stirring frequently to prevent a skin from forming. When cold, mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Whip up QimiQ, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, cream stabilizer, and the custard, but do not beat any more. Mix the icing sugar with the hot water and lemon juice and stir until a glaze forms. Place the puff pastry base on top, spread with half of the cream; then place another puff pastry base on top and spread with the remaining half of the cream; finally, place another puff pastry base. Warm the jam and spread it on the top layer. Finally, apply the glaze and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
