Cream – Zucchini

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • some cheese, grated
  • possibly chives or parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean, peel, and deseed the zucchini, then slice into quarters (using a cucumber slicer). Sauté the zucchini in a little butter. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until the zucchini are nice and soft, then add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with chopped chives or parsley, if desired.
