- 600 g potatoes (raw)
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 ml cream
- Vegetable broth, as needed
- 100 g processed cheese with herbs
- salt and pepper

Peel and dice the potatoes, then dice the onion. Sauté the potatoes and onions in a pan with a little oil, then deglaze with the cream and vegetable stock. Add the cream cheese and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and flavoring. I always add vegetable stock according to taste, so I can’t say exactly how many ml to add. It also depends on how much sauce you’d like later. This goes well with meatloaf and broccoli.
