Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 shallots or medium-sized onions
- 4 carrots
- 400 g savoy cabbage
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper

Peel and dice the shallots. Then sauté them in a nonstick pan without any fat. Peel the carrots and trim the savoy cabbage. Cut both into fine strips, add them, and pour in the broth. Cook the vegetables for about 12 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a good piece of meat or fried potatoes. For those who follow the savoy cabbage recipe, add 1.5 points per person (creamed savoy cabbage only).
