Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of tortellini
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 4 slice(s) ham, cooked, diced
- 200 ml cream
- Cream cheese spread, 1 corner of it
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Sauce thickener, light
- nutmeg

Cook the tortellini in a saucepan according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the medium-sized onion, and sauté. Once the onions are translucent, add the finely diced cooked ham. Allow the ham to brown slightly, then deglaze with 200 ml of the cream. Add the processed cheese wedge (3/4 of it) to the cream and let it dissolve slowly. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. If desired, add a little sauce thickener for light sauces to thicken it. Arrange the tortellini on plates with the sauce and serve hot.
