Creamed strips with sesame

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork schnitzel or turkey schnitzel, cut into strips
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 4 cups of cream, or 2 cups and 2 cups of milk or water)
  • white wine
  • 1 cube of stock
  • 1 cube of sauce
  • Sauce thickener, brown
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear well. Deglaze with cream and cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked. Add the stock cubes and sauce cubes. Meanwhile, sauté the cleaned, quartered mushrooms in a pan and add them to the sauce along with the stock. Add the sesame seeds and let it simmer for a while. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and white wine and thicken with a sauce thickener. Serve with rice, farfalle, or simply with baguette.
