Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 avocado(s)
- 2 tsp pesto verde
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 shot of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simple, vegetarian and simply delicious
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, mash the avocado in a bowl. Crush or finely chop the garlic and add it. Mix with the olive oil and pesto and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the cooked pasta and add the sauce to the saucepan. Add a splash of white wine and heat everything up briefly again, then serve.
