Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- 50 g lean bacon
- 1 carrot(s), finely chopped
- 1 piece(s) celery, finely chopped
- 100 g tomato paste
- 125 ml broth
- 125 ml red wine
- Rosemary, chopped
- basil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic clove in the oil until light brown. Then fry the diced bacon and ground beef in it. Add the finely chopped vegetables, herbs, and tomato paste. Sauté everything thoroughly. Add the stock and red wine and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste and pour over the cooked and drained pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
