Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 200 g cream or milk
- e.g. vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Dice the onions. Peel the carrots and slice them fairly thinly. Sauté the onions and minced meat in a pan until crispy. Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the carrots, stir, and simmer gently with the lid on for about 20-25 minutes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and add the cream or milk. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with boiled potatoes or pasta, if desired. We prefer potatoes, as they absorb the sauce so well.
