Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 ml cream
- 300 ml whole milk
- 20 g baking cocoa
- 40 g cornstarch
- 40 g raw cane sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g dark chocolate (72%), crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the cream and 2/3 of the milk in a saucepan. Pour the remaining milk into a bowl and stir in the cocoa powder, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Pour the mixture into the milk and cream mixture and bring to a boil, stirring continuously, until the pudding thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped chocolate. Let cool.
