seductively delicious with fresh strawberries

Crush the Oreo cookies and mix well with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the base of an 18cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 6 minutes. For the filling, melt the chocolate over a pan of water and let it cool. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the salt and cornstarch. Beat everything with the eggs one at a time until smooth. Finally, add the cooled chocolate. Spread the mixture over the cooled base and smooth it out. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 50 minutes. Let it rest for another 30 minutes in the turned off but closed oven. Let it cool and garnish the cake with fresh strawberries. It also tastes great the next day. This makes 6 slices, which has 420 kcal per serving.
