Creamy pizza soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 150 g corn
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g processed cheese, (herb processed cheese) reduced fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (pizza seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

WW suitable

Place the pureed tomatoes and broth in a pot. Chop the potatoes, ham, leeks, and bell peppers and add them. Let everything simmer until the potatoes are tender. Then dissolve the cheese spread in the soup (do not let it boil any further!) and season to taste.
