Creamy vanilla mango kiwi smoothie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small mango(s)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • n. B. Natural yogurt, milder, creamy
  • 100 ml vanilla sauce
  • n. B. Fruit juice of your choice
  • 1 avocado(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Depending on your blender and appliance, chop the fruit and add it alternately with yogurt (the amount can be varied freely) and vanilla sauce to the container. Blend thoroughly once and, if desired, gradually add pure juice of your choice until it is ready to drink. We also recommend adding half a vanilla pod to the yogurt instead of the vanilla sauce, although you will need to add a little more liquid. Frozen fruit also works well if the appliance is designed for it, and you will need less juice. Be careful with frozen fruit and small containers. If you pour the yogurt on top of the frozen fruit, it will freeze and become hard. This can make it difficult for the fruit to reach the blades.
