Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot(s)
- 100 ml water
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp bell pepper(s), grilled, pickled
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Perfect with tortilla chips
Cut the potatoes and carrot into small cubes and simmer in water without salt until the cubes are very soft. Blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Tip: If you heat the dip briefly in the microwave before serving, it will become a little more liquid again.
