Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g margarine, vegan
- 1 package of herbs, frozen, e.g. 8-herbs or 6-herbs, 50 g
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- pepper

Let the frozen herbs steep or thaw a bit with the oil in a bowl. Meanwhile, mince the garlic cloves and crush them with a knife on the salt. Add the garlic and salt mixture to the herbs and oil and mix with the room-temperature margarine until well blended and the “butter” becomes creamy. Add a little pepper to taste. This is also suitable for freezing and even non-vegans enjoy it. I always make double the batch. I then freeze it in four portions of 160 grams each, or about four servings.
