Ingredients

  • 1 piece White cabbage head fresh
  • 2 piece Green peppers pitted, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 piece Diced onions
  • 1,5 liter Herb vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Cold-pressed sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt fine
  • 1 tbsp Mild mustard
  • 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 4 a cup Sour cream

Instructions

  • Cut the cabbage into strips.
  • Bring the dressing ingredients, onion, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper to the boil and pour over the slaw.
  • Then add the mustard, herbs and paprika pieces and mix everything well.
  • Now mix in the sour cream. Let the salad soak for a few hours and stir again before serving and season to taste. If he has drawn too much broth, then pour some of it off.
  • I always make this salad in a different variation, for example with cucumber or pieces of tomato, etc. Fried bacon cubes are also a delicious ingredient.
