Ingredients
- 1 piece White cabbage head fresh
- 2 piece Green peppers pitted, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 piece Diced onions
- 1,5 liter Herb vinegar
- 6 tbsp Cold-pressed sunflower oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sea salt fine
- 1 tbsp Mild mustard
- 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
- 4 a cup Sour cream
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into strips.
- Bring the dressing ingredients, onion, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper to the boil and pour over the slaw.
- Then add the mustard, herbs and paprika pieces and mix everything well.
- Now mix in the sour cream. Let the salad soak for a few hours and stir again before serving and season to taste. If he has drawn too much broth, then pour some of it off.
- I always make this salad in a different variation, for example with cucumber or pieces of tomato, etc. Fried bacon cubes are also a delicious ingredient.
