Ingredients
- 1 kl. White cabbage
- 1 Apple
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Mild white wine vinegar
- 1 Vegetable broth
- 1 Caraway seed
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Chili (if you like it)
- Salt and white pepper
- Mashed red pepper
Instructions
- Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut it into thin slices. Peel and chop the apple and sprinkle with two squirts of lemon.
- Bring some broth to the boil and later add it to the salad so that it becomes a little softer.
- Put all ingredients and spices in a bowl and mix together.
- The salad should then pull through a little. Swing it from time to time so that the cabbage can wallow in the broth.
- PS. Raw white cabbage has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, among other things.
