White Cabbage Salad with Apple

  • 1 kl. White cabbage
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Mild white wine vinegar
  • 1 Vegetable broth
  • 1 Caraway seed
  • 1 Sugar
  • 1 Parsley
  • 1 Chili (if you like it)
  • Salt and white pepper
  • Mashed red pepper
  1. Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut it into thin slices. Peel and chop the apple and sprinkle with two squirts of lemon.
