White Cabbage Salad with Apple

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kl. White cabbage
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Olive oil
  • 1 Mild white wine vinegar
  • 1 Vegetable broth
  • 1 Caraway seed
  • 1 Sugar
  • 1 Parsley
  • 1 Chili (if you like it)
  • Salt and white pepper
  • Mashed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut it into thin slices. Peel and chop the apple and sprinkle with two squirts of lemon.
  • Bring some broth to the boil and later add it to the salad so that it becomes a little softer.
  • Put all ingredients and spices in a bowl and mix together.
  • The salad should then pull through a little. Swing it from time to time so that the cabbage can wallow in the broth.
  • PS. Raw white cabbage has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, among other things.
