Ingredients

  • 1 Head of white cabbage
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 size Onion
  • Caraway seed
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Clean the white cabbage and cut into small pieces. Then put the cabbage in a saucepan with salted water and cook until firm. Add the caraway seeds to the pot as you cook them, because put the cabbage in a colander to drain. In the meantime, cut the onion into small cubes and place in a bowl. Now add the cabbage and season well with salt and pepper. Finally, add the mayonnaise as needed and let everything soak for about 2 hours. Please chill for a bit. That's it, have fun trying. The recipe comes from Poland (from grandma) and was changed a bit by me.
