Creme Fraiche Clouds

The perfect creme fraiche clouds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Soft butter
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 g Spelled flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Knife point Baking powder
  1. Use the dough hook to shape the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and creme fraiche into a smooth dough.
  2. Sprinkle with very little flour and wrap in foil, make sure to chill for 1 hour.
  3. The dough is very sticky.
  4. Preheat circulating air to 150C. Cut out small portions of dough with a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. Keep a little distance.
  6. Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes (depending on the oven)
  7. Sprinkle the finished biscuits with powdered sugar and let them cool.
