Creme Fraiche Clouds
The perfect creme fraiche clouds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soft butter
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 g Spelled flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Knife point Baking powder
- Use the dough hook to shape the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, butter and creme fraiche into a smooth dough.
- Sprinkle with very little flour and wrap in foil, make sure to chill for 1 hour.
- The dough is very sticky.
- Preheat circulating air to 150C. Cut out small portions of dough with a tablespoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Keep a little distance.
- Bake the biscuits for 20-25 minutes (depending on the oven)
- Sprinkle the finished biscuits with powdered sugar and let them cool.
