Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • Salt
  • some lemon peel, grated
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the first six ingredients. Then combine the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Bake waffles in batches.
