Cress and mustard butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 box of cress
  • 2 tsp coarse mustard
  • ½ lemon(s), zest grated
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt, coarse, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

with fresh cress and coarse mustard

Roughly chop the cress and mix it with all the other ingredients. Let it sit for at least 2 hours. It’s ready! It tastes great with bread and rolls, but also goes well with boiled potatoes or pasta.
