Crispbread pizza with salami and ham

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) crispbread with 29 cm diameter, round
  • Butter or oil
  • Tomato paste
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 150g salami
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 100 g mozzarella or grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees top/bottom heat (approx. 200 degrees fan-assisted). Brush the crispbread with butter or oil. I prefer butter. Spread the tomato paste evenly over the crispbread and season with Provençal herbs. Finely chop the sausage and arrange it on the crispbread. Slice the mushrooms and arrange them on top. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. I use the second rack from the bottom. Then transfer it to a pizza plate and cut it with a pizza cutter. Note: The crispbread won’t stay as hard as it was before baking. You can also use other ingredients for this pizza, such as tomatoes, peppers, or meatballs—the sky’s the limit. I brought this recipe back from Sweden. This crispbread is available everywhere in Sweden, but you can also order it online or find it at Ikea.
