Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 45 g flour
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 400 g apples
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead the sugar, flour, and oat flakes with cinnamon and butter into a crumble. Wash the apples and core them. Then slice them thinly. Place them in an ovenproof casserole dish and sprinkle the crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat: 175°C) for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
