Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g grated cheese (e.g. Gouda or your choice)
- e.g. garlic powder
- e.g. paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the grated cheese evenly, not too thickly, so the chips become nice and crispy. Season the cheese with paprika and garlic powder. Bake the cheese chips in the hot oven on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Let cool briefly after baking. Then cut into pieces approximately 5 x 5 cm in size using a pizza cutter or knife. Per serving: approximately 225 kcal. Tip: If you like, you can also sprinkle some sesame or chia seeds over the cheese to give the chips even more crunch and flavor.
