Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 40 g olive oil
- 15 g balsamic vinegar, light
- 10 g mustard
- 10 g honey
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock powder
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s) or alternatively 1 pinch of garlic powder, optional
- 1 sprig of parsley
- some herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
It’s best served in a blender or directly in a salad bowl. Pour the yogurt into a bowl, then add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add honey, mustard, and seasonings. A fresh garlic clove is highly recommended, but if you don’t have any, you can also use the powder. Finely chop the parsley and add it with the Italian herbs, mixing thoroughly.
