  • 3 grilled, cold ones Chicken legs
  • 150 g Grated Emmental
  • 50 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Potato starch flour
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Rapeseed oil

Mixed salad:

  • 100 g Snow peas
  • 2 small Carrots
  • 2 Mini peppers
  • 1 Mini cucumber
  • 1 small piece Leek
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 150 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Fenugreek powder
  • Herbs
  • Vinegar
  • Water
  • Rapeseed oil
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • 2 Boiled eggs

Instructions

Chicken and cheese thalers:

  • Pull the chicken drumstick from the bone and dice it very finely or spin it with the wolf! I went crazy too! If you don't like it, leave it out! Then add cheese, sour cream, egg and spices.
  • Clean the spring onions, finely dice and wash. Dissolve potato starch in a tablespoon of water and knead well with the spring onion and the ingredients prepared above! Form small thalers and set aside.

Mixed salad and egg:

  • Peel the carrots, then peel them with the peeler until they are almost used up, so to speak. Dice the rest or eat it like that! 🙂 I preferred the latter! Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips. Clean the snow peas and cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water and cut diagonally.
  • Wash the mini cucumber, cut in half and remove the core. Since I mostly buy my vegetables from Turks and they are always of great quality, I didn't have to peel away any quirks. Slice. Clean the leek, cut in half lengthways, cut into slices and wash! Pluck romaine lettuce, wash, spin.
  • Now put all the prepared vegetables without the salad in a bowl and add all the salad sauce ingredients except for the oil. Mix well and add some water. Then finally the oil, so the spices and herbs develop better! If necessary, season again or add some water. To let go!

Chicken and cheese talers: Preheat the oven to 80 ° C!

  • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and fry thalers on both sides until crispy. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in the oven! To put plates!

Then:

  • Peel and quarter the eggs. Now distribute the romaine lettuce on plates, add the mixed salad and eggs and add thalers! Serve! Of course, bread etc. also go with it! 🙂
