Instructions

Spread a slice of bread with margarine. Cut out the inside of the bread (in one piece). The outer edge should be finger-thick. Heat fat in a pan. Place the outer edge in the pan, crack open the egg, place it in the edge, and season with salt and pepper. Place the middle piece on top and fry until crispy on both sides. Use two spatulas when turning.
