Crispy fruit salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups of yogurt, 0.1% fat, large cups
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp bran (wheat bran)
  • some honey
  • some cinnamon
  • 1 kg of fruit, at least 3 different varieties (e.g. banana, pear and grapes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt and cream. Add the flaxseeds, sesame seeds, oats, and wheat bran; mix everything well and season with honey and cinnamon. Now prepare the fruit, finely chopping it if desired and tossing it in. Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve!
