Crispy Mascarpone Apple Dessert

The perfect crispy mascarpone apple dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 200 Milliliters Milk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 piece Apples
  • 100 Milliliters Apple juice
  • 400 g Crunchy cereal
  • 1 packet Cinnamon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  1. For a spontaneous invitation to dinner, a dessert had to be found … after a look in the cupboards, this slightly modified form of the mascarpone classic was well received by the guests and outside 😉
  1. Wash and peel apples and cut into small pieces
  1. Bring the apple pieces with apple juice and cinnamon sugar mixture to the boil briefly, turn off the heat, simmer for about 15 minutes, and allow to cool
  1. Stir the mascarpone with milk and vanilla sugar until creamy and chill
  1. Briefly toast the crunchy muesli with sugar in a pan without fat and place on kitchen paper to cool
  1. Now alternately layer crunchy muesli, mascarpone cream and apple compote in a bowl or in glasses and refrigerate again until eaten
