Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g chips (tortilla chips, e.g. nacho cheese, barbecue or plain)
- 150 g cheese (e.g. Gouda), grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place 1/3 of the chips in a baking dish and sprinkle with 50g of cheese. Repeat this step two more times. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes (if you like them crispier, you can leave the chips in the oven a little longer). Serve immediately while still warm and eat with your fingers (careful, they’re hot!). Tip: While eating, spoon ketchup or something similar onto the cheese tortillas one at a time.
