Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 3 tbsp ketchup (curry or some curry spice)
  • 200 g cheese
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick pasta bake

Cook the pasta until al dente and spread it on a greased baking sheet or large casserole dish. Dice the onions and bell peppers, and slice the leeks. Brown the minced meat and onions and season. Briefly sauté the leeks and bell peppers. Add the passata and curry ketchup or curry spice. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 200°C (or 170°C fan-assisted oven) for about 30-35 minutes.
