Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 1 jar mushrooms, sliced
  • some tomatoes, small
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with minced meat

Cook the pasta. Brown the minced meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Add 1/3 of the canned tomatoes. Combine the crème fraîche and cream in a bowl and mix with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Add the remaining canned tomatoes. Season with herbs, if desired. Quarter the small tomatoes and add them to the sauce with the mushrooms. Layer the prepared ingredients in a large baking dish like this: pasta – meat – sauce – pasta – meat – sauce – pasta. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top layer of pasta. Place in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
