Crispy oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g vegetable margarine, vegan
  • 80 g sugar
  • 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 180 g flour
  • 4 tbsp puffed amaranth
  • 2 handfuls of raisins
  • 4 tbsp almond slivers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan, simple

Combine the margarine and sugar and stir thoroughly for a few minutes. Stir in the oats and flour thoroughly. Finally, stir in the amaranth, raisins, and slivered almonds. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using two teaspoons, drop small heaps of the cookies onto the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. They should be a nice golden brown. Makes about 30 cookies.
