Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g Flour (wholemeal spelled flour)
  • 100 g flour (white wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 350 ml mineral water
  • e.g. pumpkin seeds
  • e.g. sunflower seeds
  • e.g. sesame
  • n. B. linseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread the batter thinly onto three baking sheets and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
