Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the form

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law; it’s super simple but super good!

Preheat the oven to 175°C (electric oven) or 150°C (convection oven). Grease the baking pan (bundt or springform pan) and dust with breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until thick and creamy. Slowly add the oil and egg liqueur. Combine the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and stir into the batter. Mix everything together thoroughly and then pour into the cake pan. Place the cake pan in the hot oven and bake for approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
