Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s) or 4 chicken schnitzels
- 3 tbsp ajvar
- 40 g honey
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 75 g cornflakes
- salt and pepper

Cut the chicken breast into approximately 2 cm thick strips and season with salt and pepper. Combine the ajvar, honey, apple juice, and oil and marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 225°C. Crumble the cornflakes slightly. Remove the meat from the marinade and coat it in the cornflakes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the chicken breast on it, and bake for 15 minutes! This goes well with salad and is also great for parties!
