Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp chives cut into rolls
  • 2 slice(s) bread(s) (sandwich bread), thick slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Preheat the grill to high. Combine the butter, Parmesan cheese, and chives until spreadable. Spread the bread with this mixture and place it on the grill. Toast for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Cut the bread diagonally in half. Serve hot and crispy. Tip: You can also mix a little garlic or chili into the butter.
