Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes, or eight small ones
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Use a spiralizer to cut them into long strands and soak them in water for at least 20 minutes. Tip: Since the potatoes can sit for a while, you can prepare them well in advance. Drain, sprinkle with salt, and spread them out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the thickness of the spirals. Turn them over frequently.
