Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 g black pepper
  • 4 g paprika powder, hot
  • 4 g sweet paprika powder
  • ½ g fennel, ground
  • 1 tsp basil, dried (approx. 2 g)
  • 2 tsp thyme, dried (1 tsp corresponds to approx. 1 – 1.5 g)
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 g nutmeg powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 g mustard powder
  • 10 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all spices in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Store in sealable jars.
