Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes (small baby potatoes)
  • 3 tbsp oil (sesame oil)
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 cm, finely grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • ¾ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the baby potatoes and halve them lengthwise. Combine the sesame oil, sambal oelek, and ginger in a bowl. Stir in the potatoes and sesame seeds and season with salt. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Serve as a side dish, for example, with grilled meat. It also goes well with fondue chinoise.
