Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g muesli (children’s fruit muesli or breakfast porridge with fruit)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml milk
- 100 ml carrot juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for approx. 10 waffles
Melt the butter or margarine and mix with the eggs, milk, and carrot juice. Combine the flour, baking powder, and fruit muesli and stir in. Bake the batter in batches in the waffle iron. This recipe yields approximately 10 waffles.
